Now all they need is a chat forum there for the fans (Not SS of course) and James can pop on occasionally to say HI.

I stopped writing fan letters when I was 16 or so. You're all more than capable of speaking for yourselves, and mentioning the site if you so wish. I love writing letters, but it seems too weird to write to James, even though I would have plenty to say, lol! Of this variety ----> And this ---->

*nods vigorously* Actually I'm really torn on this matter. On one hand the mere existence of Mr James Marsters has had a huge effect on my life over the last few years (and usually a positive one ). He sort of has - unknowingly - done a lot for me. So I guess it would only be polite to say thank you for once, and I can understand why it is so important for lots of fans to do it. (Some of the letters he has answered to seem to be letters of that variety.) On the other hand I could not thank him without going into detail about lots of my personal problems. And talking to a complete stranger about things that make me feel ashamed of myself most of the time would be more than just weird. Besides, I don't want to bother him with things that really haven't anything to do with him as a person, and I very much don't want to scare him by showing myself as the complete freak that I am. ;D And right now that he's taking so much interest in his website I don't think I'll write a letter anyway. Right now I would probably only do it because the little devil in me hopes to get a mention on the website. Nothing wrong with that of course but in my case a "thank you" should at least be honest and not just something to get his attention for five minutes. So Ditto, I'm afraid the task is up to you. But you can say hi from me

More updates - a message from Manager Steve about gifts at Oakland Con; a message from James about his time in Oz; and another personal thank you for a gift.

Don't know how, but I completely missed this post... Will have to read back, I think... but I'm not good with fan letters... or any other kind, really! Never know what to say.

What's this about a swearbox? Who's BB? What can I get for James, something unusual, shame I can't make chocolates.....

Heehee, I can! ;D I make peppermint creams best of all (but my sister calls them toothpaste creams, they're that strong. What can I say? I like 'em strong. Like I like my men... ... lol). I can make you some sweeties for James if you'd like, Ditto. Or I can help you think of something else! Mmm... toffee apples. More satisfying than a lollipop - and with a healthy centre, so he gets his vitamins! ;D How's that for an idea? And Halloween is just the time for them as well. I can send you a recipe, and you can make them with your own fair hands!

;D Cor....I love peppermint creams...even better when they have chocolate on em ! I'd ask for the recipe too, but the last time I made toffee apples , the guests at my bonfire party were still chewing at C*****mas LOL
Ditto, I gave him a swear box....thought he'd make a fortune the amount he curses ;D

LMAO!! Good idea.
I always coat my peppermint creams in Bournville chocolate (no crappy chocolate flavoured cake covering for me!!). They don't last long. Everyone scoffs them - I'm lucky if I get any at all!

Awww I think it's really sweet that he's sending messages to his fans via his website. There's alot more actors who just couldn't be bothered. Just makes you wanna love him more Oh and as for the peppermint creams.......... I gotta say yuck. I'll go for the toffee apples though ;D
