Hey just been to my first JM gig (little virgin that I am) I won't bore you with my journey down from the wilds of Scotland..... Met NN and Pix with no trouble at all at the station we then went to pick-up Deedee and Ditto ...then proceeded to do another first for me.....use the underground Hotel is out of this world 'very posh' with great facilities. Less of the chit-chat and onto the important events.... ;D ;D In my opinion the support band 'Stryngs' were pretty so-so the singer just sang the songs if you get my drift nothing overly outstanding and really I couldn't wait till they were finished..... My first sight of James did not dissapoint he was 'nearly' wearing a black velevt/suede shirt with quite a few chains and a longer one which appeared to have a medallion type thingy on it...... VERY sexy... tried taking some pics...waste of bloody time my camera is for s**t, not that I could do two things at once anyway, I was so engrossed in James an his performance. I won't go into detail of the set list as Pix as most of them are new to me although he did do 'Angel' and 'Dangerous' which are a couple of my favourites, and he also sang a new song he said he wrote last night called 'London City' which was wicked and as for 'Finer than Gold' well I was practically in tears with him at the end I don't know what else to write at the moment as my mind is still in overdrive and I'm still having flashbacks.....lol Really looking forward to tomorrow and St. James.....yaaaaay

What they said ;D Wot...not enough? OK...yes he was wearing the black suede shirt with most of the buttons undone...to yells of 'Take your shirt off James' from a particularly rowdy bunch of infantile fangirlies he said "Its half off anyway ' They then sent up a chant of 'Take it Off' on repeat button It didn't help that he encouraged them in their rudeness when they asked him to sing Happy Birthday to one of their friends ...he didn't sing it, but he said it along with her name, which sent them all into paroxysms of even more squealing He didn't sing Patricia , Katie or Long Time, but we were treated to a new song written just hours ago ...I thought it was called London Town , but Pix said it was London City Another one for the G/F, as it mentions waiting for her to arrive at Heathrow, and hoping she's not delayed in customs AWWWW ! Squealers asked him to sing Goodnight Sweet Girl...he went into a big explanation of how that was for Charlie to sing , and how he used to have to get 'ploughed' (pissed) before he sang with the band ...how they had different ideas blah blah..., and then some German guy not 5 minutes later , yells sing GSG Met up with Girlie....lovely lady , and nearly as tall as moi ;D Pluto and Rainbow joined the gang , and then Sara ...I'm reliably informed by Ditto her boardname when she gets online will be Anyanka ;D Bumped into Sueworld...who had to go get a phone card ...and then we were being hurried in....WHY...we were standing from just after 7pm till 10.30pm The support didn't start until 8.35, and James at 9.35 ish ...People were having to sit on the floor if they could, and if I hadn't been stood against a wall , I'd have been flat out on the floor , along with Pix, Girlie , Teebee and Ditto I'm crippled, half pissed , and just tryig to catch the eye of a hunky French guy with a laptop

Hi all, lovely to read reports and re live it all again. Had a fantastic time despite the long wait, that guy just oozes sex appeal and charm I know what you mean Ditto about 'a certain element in the crowd', a completely different vibe to Coventry. Cos he started so late Rainbow and I were panickiing about getting the last train so decided to listen to the final song from the back of the venue to get a quick get away. Unfortunately this was when he was singing Finer Than Gold There were people having conversations and not even looking at the stage. How rude and dumb can some people be Have fun those of you still in London, lucky peeps. see you in Milton Keynes (if I survive the M25 )

Club venues will always attract that sort of punter, unfortunately. Some of them are just there for a night out, regardless of whose playing and couldn't give a toss about the people who are there for the artist. And then there are the eejits who are there for JM but haven't grown up yet Some pics from buffypurple at Marsters Daily

Ok this isn’t much of a report as I don’t have too much time to write up. Me and my mate Emily got there at 7.10pm as we got lost driving there! Our position was still very good in the crowd. Crowd were getting very restless coz it took a long while of waiting before he came on. When he did come on crowd went wild as usual, he looked amazing, and sounded great. I was so excited about hearing his new material, and it was cool that he played some old material too. Usual idiots in the crowd shouting ‘take your top off’ pissed me off again (there’s always some!) All in all I had a brilliant time, took lots of pics, bought lots of merchandise, went home and waited till St. James’. Here are only a small portion of the pics – hope you like. ;D (hope this link below works! also PK if you can edit it to make it one word that'll be cool coz i dunno how!) Addict's picsOkey dokey - PK
