Thought it would be fun to have a thread all about gardening as we often talk about it. Photos, hints, tips, ideas etc.

Like the idea! I'll have to figure out how to post pics, too...I used to know how, just have to refresh!

It doesn't just have to be piccies, it can be advice too. I shall be needing lots when I am finally in my house. The garden at the bungalow is lovely and I will have to take various pots there otherwise they will die in storage. I will probably have to tend to it anyway, even when I am settled but H will mow the lawn.

I'm really hit or miss with growing plants, they ones I have seem to have the will to live despite my gardening shortcomings, lol! Most of the plants under the tree are doing okay, but not growing or blooming much cos of the cool weather, but that's ok!

Only just noticed this thread, how unobservant am I? Doh! Fabulous photos. It's easy to post, just make sure the photos you want to post are on your computer and click 'add attachment' and 'insert.' I am still sweeping leaves! When do you all tidy away for winter? It's really cold and nasty here now so should I empty out all the containers of bedding. I am loathe as they are still flowering. I think I'd better dig up and drain the Dahlia at least...

Would love to see pictures if possible. My phone pictures have slowed down again with getting onto the computer. It's annoying. I have lovely pink and yellow dlowering shrubs out front!

Good idea, I'll do that then... My Marigolds in my wheelbarrow are still flowering and I have some in a pot as well. I luvs Marigolds. So cheerful. I must get that Euphorbia out of there, they do luv to selfseed all over. Will transplant to back of a border as they grow really tall.

Wow mine is tiddy. I have a feeling I have lost a lot of plants this winter. Brought a few in but mum doesn't like them in the house.

Monty's back on telly. Isn't this very early for Gardener's World to be back? I think they're trying to keep us motivated and cheerful. Not doing a great job of it in my case, I would feel better if I could do a bit of weeding! I think most of my Fuchsias are done for but the little semperivens type plant is thriving! Just shows you. I thought it would be a definite gonner with it liking dry conditions.

Please let me have some oomph today so I can get in the garden for an hour. I feel sooooo languid, I only want to watch and read and go on the laptop...
