Apparently he's playing Jack.. I thought he'd be Algernon who gets all the best lines (well all the lines in that play are best!!) but he's one of the leads!! Love this play - its just so perfect! Great story, wonderfully witty dialogue, larger than life characters and just - wonderful! Its being done as a radio play, so no scenery or costumes - but no matter - should be great fun... And Im going to see it...

Ok - I'm home and im nearly dead! Just about lost 2 days as i spent all sunday on planes (had to come home via Houston) and its Monday evening here now and Ive been either driving or asleep. But it was totally worth it! Just utterly UTTERLY brilliant - James on stage, nearly squeeing with delight himself and being able to meet with him twice, on thursday and saturday. (and saturday was extra EXTRA special!!!) having red hair is very useful - it meant that the lovely Michael the ticket man (who looks just like Elton John!) was able to find me in the theatre easily and let me know where there were free seats - so in four performances I never actually sat in my purchased seat! Twice in the front row and twice in the third row centre. Wonderfull. On the first night I actually got to the front for the second half and James was sitting at the back when he wasnt in a scene, noticed me, smiled and raised his eyebrows at me - I raised mine back in reply! Will try and upload photos and videos if I can later - and loads more to tell! Squeeeee!!
