Sounds like James performed pretty much as many songs at the end of this busy day as he had at Friday's gig. Haven't heard all that much about it so far though - anyone? In the meantime, a report from Wendy - guess which bit I disagree with?!

After a nightmare journey to London yesterday (we ended up arriving well over an hour late), K and I had a fabulous time at the Marstersclass event. ;D James was as lovely as ever, and the Masterclass itself was wonderful. James and Gareth work perfectly together. And while I'm not a huge fan of Ianto (sorry PK), Gareth is a joy to watch and listen to (but only when he's talking, not singing ). They make a great double act! ;D James looked and sounded fantastic at the concert . His voice cracked a little on 'Katie', but that was the only time that I noticed - and was at the very beginning of the set. There was lots of eye contact with the audience throughout the concert, and at one point he turned and gave K the most wonderful smile. I wish I could have a photograph of that moment! I'll post a more detailed report on my LJ over the next day or two, but all in all we had a fabulous time. Got home late last night after a much faster and uneventful journey. It was so nice to see everyone again! And an extra special thank you to DeeDee and BM for being such good company all day. Hope everyone has a great time at the 100 Club gig tonight!

Great to see that the journey home wasn't as traumatic as the one getting to London Cal , and I'm sorry the hug wasn't as strenuous as usual , but I was flagging a bit by then The actoring class was hysterical , and despite the odd person wittering that they would like to see Gareth dropped from any future James events , the interaction (and action!) between them on that stage was magical , and I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the audience would agree with me . LOL at Dee Dee and Big Momma not repeating the improvised end of the vocal warm-up ;D Oh, and if you think you've seen it all with Rosie's photo ops , I'm telling you , you ain't seen nothing yet !

The hug was just fine, NN! It was lovely to see you. Rosie's photo ops are getting cheekier by the event! ;D ;D Salchli's photo ops are fabulously cheeky too! ;D ;D I was actually quite pleased with mine for a change.

So much going on in such a short time. Was a bloody fabulous event. I have loads and loads of pictures including James and Gareth together - sadly when they were doing the "bad" version of the TW scene they were on the far side from me and James had his back to me, but I did get pics of Gareth doing his Ianto with very offended sensibilities and you can see most of James being hugely blatent about being desperate for a shag as Capt Jack... hilarious. Both of them being completely OTT and wonderfully coquettish... And I never thought I would see James be Spike, live. That was amazing. I have pictures where its just James and then suddenly, just from the photo, you can see its Spike - the whole attitude and demeanor completely changes. Didnt matter that hes not blond and he was using his short black coat as a duster, that was Spike, pure and simple. Amazing and wonderful! So much to tell - and to show. And then theres that photo op....me? Would I do that? Nooooooo....
