Hi PK I got pics of Gareth too. They are passable with a couple that I really like. I will see if Rainbow can get them up as I can't, otherwise I will send you copies. I was standing next to him at the bar getting my g and t and couldn't think what to say so said 'would you like a drink?'. He said he was just getting some in thanks. I wonder how many offers he had And then I sorta brushed passed him, not in a stalky way, more of a crowded bar way. He is absolutely gorgeous, i totally see where you'r coming from now I reckon he has great fun with James. I thought he really rocked when he sang Roadhouse Blues, and The Doors being one of my fave bands ever just added to the raunchiness of it. James didn't say much about Torchwood, cept he was working with a great bunch of people (or words to that effect) and 'they're making me do a load of weird shit, but I'm liking it', in a way. Drool, drool Lots of faces I didn't recognise, lots of familiars not there, especially our lot It was great to see Az again though cos I thought she wasn't going. I was close enough to the stage to see James' sweat ;D and you can imagine where my thoughts were going. Let's hope he comes in October

Aww , cute pics of Gareth ...he realy is a sweetie , I loved the way he was happy to introduce himself to lots of peeps with ' Hi, I'm Gareth ' accompanied by a hearty handshake ;D This may be garbled , but hey, it's me and my brain is totally fried , so don't me too much Finally got to cardiff via a couple of sardine special trains just a couple of hours late ....which I ceased whining about after hearing ' 27 fuckin' hours 'coming from three very tired and relieved travellers , hereafter to be known as 'The Tewkesbury Three ' Their story is the stuff of legend and songs should be written ;D The Point is quite a nice venue ...such a shame that the previous nights Led Zeppelin tribute band crowd appeared to have forgotten where their mouths were and poured their drinks directly onto the floor ! You didn't dare stand still for too long for fear of sticking permanently to the floor ! Fortunately, the Points staff cleaned the toilets after gentle prod , but I did hear that the gents had puddles on the floor ...and as far as the chap could tell, the roof wasn't leaking Apparently there was a small poster above the urinal advertising the gig with a pic of James ..there may have been some disgruntled boyfriends target practicing , but without the normal weapons used for such ;D I know many people didn't make it to Cardiff , but there were quite a few locals who turned up and bought tickets at the door , so in the end there was a decent crowd of about 350 + ;D People were arriving well after the doors opened , and despite their crappy journey, Ditto, Dee Dee, Az , Sheila and purple pauline arrived just as the gig got under way Pluto I think got a good spot not far from the front, but to be honest , the stage was high enough that most people had a good view from anywhere in the room . Dan Akio came on first and , boy has he improved ...even from the short time since we last saw him in London , and well deserves the shiny new recording contract he has ;D Unfortunately , he wasn't allowed to bring any of his old cd's to sell, but he is going to be releasing a new one in January ...all good luck to him , as he really is a cutie ...even though he's only twelve and three quarters ;D James was next on ...you've seen the set list already thanks to Helcat , such a lovely lady , and I had the great pleasure of her company on the train home ....not sure if she found it quite as pleasurable , but at least I stopped her from falling asleep with my incessant waffling ;D Gareth and Dan appeared on stage , and as Gareth took centre stage to sing his heart out , James and Dan seemed to be having a whale of a time playing duelling guitars behind him James was certainly enjoying himself , and despite the sound quality not being of the highest , gave it his all He seemed delighted to find he had some extra time at the end before we were chucked out at 10 to accomodate the Bogey club ...no, I have no clue what this was , but hope it's a reference to Bogart and not the contents of a used hankie ;D And then it was all over ....until October according to James ...which cause to Mr Himber to grunt in a noncommittal kind of way apparently I repaired to our hotel with Gish , another sweetheart who looked after me when I decided to wind down with a couple of vodkas and got chatted up by a 35 year old think she actually said ' Time for bed pet...obviously that doesn't mean with you young man ' LMAO ;D
