Ive been texting Pluto all day with info, but maybe shes not near a computer... Oh yeah - black polo necked jumper (sweater?) - our SoCal boy was finding it a bit cold even though it was sunny and warm (and I have a little bit of sunburn.) Said jumper was lovely and soft - and had a hole in it! ;D ;D he was wearing a white t shirt underneath. Ive got some great pics - was lovely to see James outside in the sunshine - used to seeing him indoors! (Ive got a great one of him half into the jumper!) Was at the back for the Q and A so had to use zoom but I unashamedly hung around the autograph tent and took pics where I could. And got some good ones. And James was doing personalised autos to start with, then went to signature only, but later was personalising again. Wasnt expecting that! (and there is a new pic out that was taken last week and new badges/buttons (best one - "James Marsters....Nice!") a hand mirror with picture and a picture dog tag. The photo ops photographer is not bad, but he doesnt always frame the shots quite right - he takes about 3 of each pose and then you get the best one - but Im hoping to get all the jpegs tomorrow as they said they will put them on pen drive for me Pictures done in an open tent so you could see in and take pictures too, so I have a few of my photo op....! (he had messed up one of Roxanes pic so they got James to come out at the end and take one with her outside as the background was all put away, and its a fantastic pic, so pretty -I was able to get it as well. Lucky so-and-so!) The castle is amazing - beautiful grounds, huge place. Everybody smiling and laughing and some amazing costumes - so many people dressed up. Lots of medievel crinoline types so it was often a battle of the skirts - she with the biggest skirt wins... ;D ;D Just totally mad, but wonderful - its great. Hope it doesnt rain tomorrow as it will make a huge difference. Flying home tomorrow night so wont be able to report again - but had a lovely day, so hopefully tomorrow will be as good. Know my way round now, and will try and get nearer the front for Q and A (it was totally packed out for James!) and try and get more at the autograph table...

oo - so she did! ;D (photogapher was trying to arrange me - but it wasnt the best shot after he had finished..!) Right - its some God-awful time of the morning but Im wide awake so I thought I would download a few pictures from yesterday for you.... First pictures from SaturdayMy Q and A pics are a bit rubbish - I 'll try and get closer tomorrow (today??) (I met Sky from Civilised James - she was much nearer the front, so hers will be better) but some of the auto ones are great - and Im saving the best ones for when I get home (James in the sun!) Q and A - James wanted to do that as he said lecturing was boring! It was only half an hour and a lot of the questions were Spike, Buffy, Torchwood, but did get asked about DBE and one lady asked if she could bodypaint him for her portfolio... " Your chest tomorrow morning??" He (reluctantly!) had to decline " my lady would kill me!" Also sang a bit of Rest in Peace though he couldnt remember the words and I should have that on video. Best bit for me was right at the start of the day - James came through where we were in line for photo ops and said Good morning to me with a grin of recognition, and as he was settled into his tent just next to where we were, I nipped across and took a couple of shots and then James noticed and posed for me twice - once doing a smirk and saying he normally charged for that. And we were able to have a quick conversation about how amazing the place was - James said he had a sneaky look in the castle the night before! Lovely!

Sorry NN - it followed me - it stopped at Elf at about 12 ish and then it was fine and got sunny later. Dint make a tiny difference to anyone at the fair - it was just the same. Amazing atmosphere, incredible costumes! Im uploading the first days pictures now. Dont know if they will be done before I go to work (dont want to work! - want to stay at home and play with all my pictures and tell you what a great weekend it was!) but should be able to post at lunchtime. Ive got most of the photo ops on jpegs - photographers assistant (a very nice man!) put them all on USB stick for me so they will be easier to post James admitted he was tired yesterday (in fact " knackered" was the word he used - twice!- which sounded hilarious as its such a very English expression - funny hearing James say it!) but he was still having a great time and enjoying it time because the atmosphere was so good and everyone was really enjoying themsleves and none of it was fake - we really were as happy as we all looked. And he was as lovely and gracious and friendly and interested as he always is. So many people meeting him for the first time and they were all instantly captivated by him. How am I ever going to get this weekend and last weekend written up when theres next weekend and all the lovely things to look forward to racing towards us fast?

And heres my photo ops from Elf - I know it looks like a lot, (OK, it is!) but the photographer took about 3 shots of each pose and I got all of them on the USB stick so I picked the best ones! www.flickr.com/photos/wrigglerosie/sets/72157617401663148/I got to put my hand in James's hair! Twice! (I did ask him if it was OK both times -"Of course, luv" ) Lovely and soft - gorgeous!
