I'm sure you earned that bacon butty Ditto, bet you walked miles at the car boot. I gave myself a punishing workout at the gym this morning after eating 3 danish pastries yesterday, and the regulation saturday night choccie I'm blaming it on Rainbow though, cos I'm working at her cafe on Saturdays at the mo (James fund ) and I get sent home with leftovers ;D I know I don't have to eat them all but I'm weak and I don't eat when I'm there although I'm surrounded by bacon, sausages , eggs, chips, need I go on. Perhaps I should have thrown those damn pasties ;D

At the Food Fayre this morning, they had a chocolate fountain and you could have four dips for 50p, ie nougat dip, strawberry dip, profiterole dip, fudge dip....

Been shopping for salad going to start a diet again but this time sticking to it, yeah I said that last week hope your weigh in on Saturday goes well Ditto I want to get down to 14st(196 lbs) ;D ;D

Hmph, see, I told you guys that 3 lbs weight loss would be a blip. I have put two of them back on (haven't done anything differently to usual, no pigging out or anything ). But I guess that's still a net loss of 1 pebble

I'm trying to get into shape for October, too. I had planned on getting into shape for Coventry, but it didn't quite happen. I'm doing okay at the moment, but I don't know how long it will last. ;D
