I thought I'd been pretty quick , but I wasn't expecting a table ;D
To be honest , wherever you sit there should be a good view as the room itself is fairly small and intimate ;D

What happened to reserved seating for everyone? I'm happy for everyone who has been allocated a table, but I'm not happy with the way JMLive have handled this event at all. Reserved seating should mean just that. Hi.

Hey Cal Sorry to appear dense, but has something happened, haven't you been allocated a seat??

Hey Cal Sorry to appear dense, but has something happened, haven't you been allocated a seat?? People who have been allocated a booth seat haven't been given a number. They're just expected to queue, which I don't think is fair.

Oh right, sorry I didn't know I just assumed everything was 'numbered'

Oh right, sorry I didn't know I just assumed everything was 'numbered' So did I until I got my ticket. The main thing is that we're all going to be there! I'm sure we'll all have a wonderful time. ;D ;D And the venue is small enough that we should all have a good view from wherever we're sitting. ;D ;D

I guess that with the place being so small and having more booths than tables it would have been difficult to number the seating the way they've managed to do at SF , but JML have told folks that e-mailed that everyone should have a good view ;D I think its just a case of making sure you are waiting to go in with the folks you'd prefer to sit with Cal

I was disappointed that we didn't get the reserved seating we were promised, but I'm over it now. ;D ;D And yes, Ditto, the booth's look very comfortable! ;D ;D I'm also feeling completely stressed out today as K goes into hospital for her surgery tomorrow.

Well this is me posting from NN's and TeeBee's room cause ours is the only one that hasn't got a internet connection *rollseyes*. How typical is that?
Anyway on to the gig......
James was good, but the Tranny's were better. He didn't take anything off but his sweater
rotflmao can you tell we've all had a bit to drink??
Anyway he was really good actually, from what we can remember he sang......
Bad Dangerous No Promises Robyn Button Down Vandals Civilized Man Up On Me Not a Millionaire Like A Waterfall Truth is a Heavy Stone Louise FWIN Smile
He probably sang more, and these aren't no where near in order lmao.
Anyway NN got her arsed pinched by a Tranny, and had her beer pinched. Finally met up with Ditto and sisters, Az, Toy, DeeDee, and LF.
And now we're off to bed. Night All.

Well to make up for the insane ramblings of 3 drunken women and Twistie how about a pic?? As always they asked us to stop taking pics after the first two songs, and me and twistie had to sit way at the back for lack of any other seats, so unfortunately the pic's aren't brilliant. I have lightened then to the best of my ability (98 pics in an hour ain't easy), but hopefully we'll be able to get some more tonight. Only managed to load one at the moment, but if we get any more spare time i might do some more. Right better go and start getting ready for Spring Fever....

I didn't get to the Soho Revue Bar until just before the doors opened. Went out for a meal and a chat with OnlyMe, Spikereader and LMBossy (both from LJ) before the gig, which was nice. When we finally arrived there were no seats left, so Spikereader and I had to sit up on the pole dancing stage! ;D ;D We had a great view of James from up there, but it was very uncomfortable. I suffer with back problems and I was in agony for most of the gig. There wasn't enough room to even stretch our legs out! But the gig more than made up for it. James seemed to enjoy himself, but from what he said at Spring Fever, he couldn't see the audience very well because of how bright the stage lights were. Poor James! I know he likes to be able to see us when he's performing. After the gig was over I was accosted by some strange woman. She came up to me and just grabbed me. The cheek of it! It turned out to be NN! ;D ;D And she wasn't kidding about those muscles of hers. That's some bear hug she gave me! It was nice. After that she introduced me to Teebs and Marilyn. It was so nice to finally meet all of you!

What a very interesting area Soho is ;D Whilst waiting in the queue to get in a couple of guys passed by and looked at all the women queuing then one mentioned to his pal"it must be a lesbian night tonight" lol Anyway we that is NN, M and I had a very good table at the side and very near the front so we had an excellent view ;D I must admit it was very cramped but who cares JM is here, we were also sat next to Toy and AZ as it was the only place they could place AZs' chair. Needless to I thoroughly enjoyed James' performance, especially the song for his son, it is wicked although for my liking a little short, but it has a damn fine rocking beat to it ;D I'm sure the set list has been mentioned so as usual I wont go into too much detail, basically because I was in the proverbial 'James Fog' and after taking a few pics I just went with the music As always he was looking mighty fine (no pun intended ), and very relaxed, he did come on stage at first wearing a cardi but this was soon discarded, and he had on the trademark black tee. Trannyshack was wicked ;D man can those 'guys' move, I was totally mesmerised by their gyrating While she was leaning talking to Wil, NN had her bum pinched by a very tall blonde 'tranny' who was on the way to the bar .. lol, I dont know if NN was offended or thought her luck was in *snort* I did some bar-stool dancing while Will and NN took to the floor, isn't it funny how music you wouldn't normally listen to is great when you've had a couple of drinks and you're in the right atmosphere ;D Sorry if this isn't detailed enough Pics will follow
