And speaking of the lovely ASH... TRUE HORROR Discovery Channel 10pm Wed 17th November Anthony Head fronts this new 5 part series, showing his genuine enthusiasm for the sort of supernatural subjects about which Giles, his character in BTVS, is an expert. So, it is fitting for him to begin with with a scientific investigation of the facts from which the myth of vampires has grown- Bram Stoker didn't just invent it for 'Dracula', and it endures today. A familiar theme is rendered fresh by Head's open-minded approach and thorough research, as he visits all the right places ( a mortuary, Transylvania, Whitby) and asks all the right questions. **** ( programme description from Weekend magazines review) I like the look of this...but guess who's working, reminds self *must find a clear tape *!

There are (very few) times I wish I had Discovery... Cos that sounds really interesting. Saw it in parents' RT (too stingy to buy my own).

Heh, had you not seen the smoochies before? People have made avis out of it and wallpapers, you name it! Lol. There was a lot of interest in James' response to the kissing men question at the Halloween Q&A, as people had recently seen the Nick and James evidence ;D
