The lyrics to 'bad' are very interesting to anyone who was at the Harvest. Woman with issues and an invite? Poor James, gets smitten by someone who does give a phone no and then has trouble getting off 2nd base!

I don't think it's very good getting too involved in what the lyrics mean. At the end of the day, James is the only one who really knows and it should be left at that. We should just enjoy the music ;D

Personally I have always been really into lyrics. Doesn't matter what the music/melody is like, if the lyrics are banal or craptastic, that's the song ruined for me. But if you mean, we shouldn't speculate about them in relation to possible real life events that we have no knowledge of, then yeah, that's kinda futile. But still interesting to look at meanings and mood in general terms.

Yeah that's what I meant. We shouldn't speculate on the lyrics what's really going on in James' or any of the other band members lives. That seems to me what the earlier person was trying to do.
I've gotta admit though that I love to read intelligent peoples discussions on lyrics. There are some great ones going on in the GotR forum.

Not yet, I don't think. But their singles have had 3 tracks each so far and sold for around £6-95, is that right? So maybe expect a bit more.
On the Loveline radio show which went out live in Cali last night, Jameswas asked when the new album would be coming out. He said probably not until the Fall, maybe September (which is why we'll be getting the EP of course). Basically to finish it up after they have done their touring thing this summer. He also talked about how he was the one stumping up the money for the first album and how he wasn't keen on spending too much so they didn't necessarily get to do what they wanted, lol! He says this one will be better.
