Just had a quick flick through the thread and we didn't have the link to the movie's official site. Lots of goodies there - Superman: Doomsday.

As to the last big role to be filled in this picture, the PG-13 format of the movie allows for Lex Luthor to be as evil as possible. At one point Lois calls Luthor "The Prince of Darkness" and that would be a fitting description of the way James Marsters plays the Man of Steel's perennial villain. Marsters seems at home making Luthor as detestable as possible, but I also like how he seems to be disappointed to not be responsible for his greatest enemy's downfall. He does get some bad lines here and there, but for the most part, this is a solid portrayal of Superman's nemesis. Entire review at at The DVD Lounge

The voice acting is superb. Baldwin did a great job as Superman and Clark Kent, and Heche did a faithful job for Lois Lane. But I have to say that Marsters stole the show with his version of Lex Luthor. He was very menacing, and evil, and very entertaining to listen to.Entire review at The Equinox

The battle between Superman and Doomsday is fiercer and more engrossing than any of Superman’s previously battles in any animated incarnation and you see why he is “The Man of Steel”. This film features the voice talents of Adam Baldwin (Serenity), Anne Heche (Men in Trees) and James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), who do a good job in portraying these iconic characters, especially Marsters who takes Luthor's character and makes it his own. ...while James Marsters is effectively nasty, but subtle, in his portrayal of Lex Luthor. He plays an important role in the events of the film, and there's a unique and ambiguous angle on the relationship between Superman and Lex that makes a great deal of sense given their mutual obsession through the decades. The image of Lex straddling his prone enemy screaming "Why did you leave me?!" has bold and brilliant implications. Digitally Obsessed
