Mum has been permed and prinked, me Deb and Daph just prinked. Mum treated us all for Christmas, cost an arm and a leg. How much do y'all pay for a hair do? She was a cracking lady, hoping to make it a regular event for Mum, she feels so much better with her hair done. Is the bank open Monday? I've gone belly-up again. It'll be even worse with tons of bank charges if I don't go in. Family are so needy. We're watching Crocodile Dundee again, Mum's fave. She thinks Johnny Depp is extremely ugly! Teebs what did you have for tea? I'm trying to cook pork chops with instant mash and swede. I don't think I know Baby Shark, what's it from? R I dunno how you've the energy for socialising and chores! I can only do one main thing on any one day. I'm such a light-weight. PK I'm avid to see that photo.

Blimey Watership Down pulled no punches! I think the original was pretty dark too! DeeDee, I hope you feel better soon your lurgy seems to have lingered a while now. Ditto, my hair is £68 for a cut and colour. The banks are open Monday as it's a normal working day. You must know Baby Shark! Maybe I can do a link!

evening Really nice evening at friends, they do their house like Santa's grotto and we've been going every year since the children were little. A had his Christmas present from S early, a remote controlled tank that both my son in laws enjoyed driving too... S and l were the last to leave and as friends said Happy Christmas S said he had the best present he could wish for in me Time for bed, sleep well everyone

Hey! Pluto, must be cute watching her do stuff with the other kids! The baby shark song...it gets stuck in your head, lol! Not sure why it's so popular, maybe the repetition? Kids are cute singing and dancing! Deedee, I hope you're better by Christmas! Ditto, glad you got prinked, looking spiffy will lift your spirits! Rainbow, those were certainly sweet words! Pk, glad you had a nice visit with your friend! Don't remember much about WD, kind of harsh for kids? Teebs, love the Santa photos, didn't realize you had a grandson so young?! Very sweet pics! Busy day with some running around for some Christmas tissue, the kind you stuff in Christmas bags. I couldn't find the one I had bought, only to find it crumpled and washed with my last batch of laundry! I think I scooped some clothes off the bed and grabbed it, too! You think it would've made some noise, but oh well, lmao! Then I went and picked up Gabe early so his mom wouldn't have to do bring him later. Tomorrow B is making a big jambalaya and red beans for all the company... Take care all...hugs!

Good morning Rainbow, it's so lovely to be loved Have a safe journey and I hope the traffic behaves. It's great that S and J's grotto can now be enjoyed by small kidddies again M you were lucky that the tissue paper wasn't a bright colour that ran into your laundry! Mmm, never had jambalaya but I bet it tasted good. Have fun Antonia wasn't totally focussed on WD but was aware that H and I were gasping and worried! Ditto, does your mum need Specsavers or does a particular style of man Meat collection from Tesco today plus some tidying up and my sister is arriving later.

Hello all. We're watching the Scrooge animation, I like the song by Kate Winslet, how can you be so multi-talented, Kathryn Jenkins is the same. Mum said she likes her and you'd never believe she had kids and after having me she blew up like a barrel. R that is lovely. P I point blank refuse to watch WD. Mum luvs Tyrone Power. Must Google Baby Shark. M I now want to eat red beans! DeeDee hope you're feeling better this morning. I must trawl Facebook, I never get to see anybody's photographs. Have you got me all friended as Janet McArdle please? My daughter uses the other one. PK they aren't making you feel de trop are they? You didn't think you'd still be there for Christmas!

Ditto I see all your stuff on FB . I put up the Baby Shark link for you!
Wish I could get rid of this headache. I woke with it but it was made worse by the queuing to get in and out of Tesco plus the blocked aisles and queues at the checkout!

Hi, I'm here at last but it's almost tea time so I will be back afterwards.
I have been having a lazy day and managing to have some of my old routine of listening to the Archers then Desert Island Discs. But best of all was watching the film of Twelfth Night after lunch.

I thought about Twelfth Night but failed to record it. Is it worth watching on Catch Up PK? We've got the Albert Finney musical Scrooge on but are waiting for Escape to the Chateau. My sister and I love it. Teebs everything is very expensive in the south! Seth looks adorable as do the other two. S and I pigged out on Chinese tonight

Evening
Hideous driving conditions there and back today. I drove there for the first time and managed to accidentally come off the motorway at the wrong place. We had a lovely time with S's mum though... got home about 7 then went round to see S's best friend as its his birthday today. We've arranged to go out for a curry next sunday
Just watching an early version of Titanic

Hey! Really nice day, Travis, Jasmine, and her sister here for lunch...B cooked both dishes, and they were really good. (That's here say, I didn't eat any!) Then Mindy and her little family came to watch the end of the football game with us (Saints managed a win), and eat, too! Mindy had made fudge, B bought a cherry pie, and there was crab dip, too. Too much of it all! Then B and I made my shrimp mold for tomorrow cos it has to refrigerate over night to taste it's best! Tomorrow is all of us heading over to little sis' house for our usual Christmas eve get together! PK, I was surprised to see you had posted so late, thought you were having a bad night, but I think you at least got some good sleep for awhile!? As long as you're not wide awake now...will throw off your whole day! Pluto, I hope the headache finally eased up...probably stressed related! Rainbow, glad you had a nice visit with S' mom even if you a bit losted, lol! Teebs, you are blessed with your grand kids, I'm hoping for more if Travis and J ever get a move on, lol! Ditto, I do see a lot of your posts on FB, and those from H, too, with your first FB. Lol, I lost half my post... Very frustrating, but condensed it down! (Lucky you guys, lol!) Well, going to watch more football...our company are keen for it, and so is B, so I just check in for few plays, and leave! Take care all...hugs!

Good morning Happy Christmas Eve, my favourite day of the whole year Not bad sleep and headache has eased somewhat. Definitely a stress one M. PK, you must have needed that sleep. Hope you were able to settle or at least watch telly. Have you got D coming over today? M, my football team who I 'loosely' follow did really well on Saturday. I even stayed up to watch Match of the Day! That's a first without Howie. His team did brilliantly yesterday too. I like to keep a check! He's a very happy bunny! Do J and T mention children yet? The family feasts sounds delicious I need to cook most of my Christmas dinner today as my main oven does not work and I only have the small top one. I shall do the roast potatoes and parsnips tomorrow. Rainbow should I cook both joints separately for even cooking or squeeze them both in? Howie is coming today, around lunchtime I think Hope it's a good day for everyone and peeps are feeling better

Marilyn it sounds like lots of sports and good food on your Christmas menu What's everyone up to today?

Well done Rainbow I'd booked my meat collection for yesterday 11-1.00 but wouldn't have done if I'd known it was going to be so busy!! H was lucky and managed to get a GP appointment for 8.55 this morning but the anti biotics are making her feel sick so she's on the sofa under a bankie. It's deja vu of last year!! each time she thinks she s going to be sick Antonia is patting her saying, 'it's ok mummy, it's ok'. So sweet. She's a pickle though. Yesterday she was caught in the kitchen with the tub of Celebration chocolates and this morning she's helped herself to a chocolate off the tree. I've moved them all higher now. Turkey is in the oven and beef casserole is in the slow cooker for this evening. I'm heading off for drugs already!
