The WB's blurb about the ep:
CLARK IS EXPOSED TO SILVER KRYPTONITE – Clark (Tom Welling) is exposed to silver kryptonite, causing him to have paranoid delusions. The silver kryptonite makes him believe that Chloe (Allison Mack) is going to reveal his secret, Jonathan (John Schneider) is scheming against him with Lionel (John Glover) and Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) and Lana (Kristin Kreuk) are having a secret relationship. Chloe and the Kents frantically search for a cure, but it is Professor Fine (guest star James Marsters) who comes to Clark's rescue – although not without an agenda.
And what a fine agenda it is too ;D

Oh I should be able to get a few caps up. Oooh first name in the subcredits (after the main credits when the ep starts)!!! ;D WOOOOO FINE ALREADY!!!! much later: Meant to get these up earlier, but having plumbing problems in the bathroom. Some neighbor's toilet backing up into my sink. Yeah ewww. Anyway... most of James' scenes had dark lighting, so my caps are kinda dark, so I picked the better ones. Click link for pic 10.jpgClick link for pic 34.jpgLightened this one a bit. As usual, no reposting or hotlinking please.

He's just too hot. I love how he seems so sincere but you know he's not. And that look he gets on his face, you know, that look. Like he's kinda annoyed with anyone that can be so stupid. You know, that look!!! I also like how he looks so tiny next to Tom and yet he's perfectly in charge of the situation. I always liked that about him against Riley (the doofus), cause no matter how much smaller he is than they them, you know he's gonna win cause he's so much better.

Reviews starting to come in. Guide's WatercoolerParanoid much, Clark? I loved this episode. We got delusional Clark. Clark on acid, or in this case, silver kryptonite. Plus, we got lots of our favorite teach, Professor Fiiiine. So when the professor was schooling us on the powerful men who were betrayed by their best friends, you just knew we were in for a doozy of an episode. And thanks to the silvery meteor rock, Clark saw his best friend Chloe betray him. His dad betray him. And even his girlfriend Lana betray him. Like kissing Lex Luthor betray him. All these paranoid delusions resulted in one seriously ticked off and I might I add, sweaty-faced Clark. The boy just up and flung, choked and generally caused mayhem and destruction wherever those betrayals led him (OK, I'm being a bit melodramatic but not really). By the way, I have to admit that when Clark was going after Lana all psycho crazy it kinda reminded me of one of my favorite episodes of Angel — in a very, very good way. It was the one where woman-hating Billy's blood got into Wesley's system causing the normally docile man to go all redrum on Fred (Best. Episode. Ever.). Anyway, you know the end where Professor Fiiiine used some of his Brainiac mojo to put the smack down on Clark and rid the silver toxin from his system? That was awesome. And when he called Clark, Kal-El? That was awesome too. - Don't you just love the Fiiiine ;D
