The double bill last night consisted of the first ep of the new series and episode 16 of series 3 ...which made it a bit of an odd experience ::)

P had to wake me up for the James bits ...all too brief but pithy

i have no clue when he appears again , or whether I can be arsed watching the rest of the series to find out !
Marianne Jean-Baptistes accent grates on me so much I want to hurl something at the telly whenever she's on ::)

Eh, that was an odd thing for them to do

They'd have been better off showing the last ep of last season, which sortov set us up for the human trafficking story, followed by the new season opener.

Teebs and I enjoy the show so won't have any problems watching it all

Or at least, I won't when it eventually meanders over to C4.

Yeah, I was sitting watching the second episode and thinking "I've seen this

" couldn't fathom out why M4 did this ::)

It's great watching new episodes again

and James' appearance was brief, but as NN said 'pithy'

and when he's not there I always have Eric/Martin to fall back on

If they continue to shoe new and old episodes together I may only watch the first programme.

There's a repeat of one of JM's eps on US telly - CBS Tuesday July 29 at 10:00 PM. Don't know which one it is though, sorry.

They're just not giving James enough air time. Just a few tantalising moments is not enough though I did enjoy the tension between Mars and Viv on last nights episode, it gives the character a bit of an edge.

Anyone else watched it last night?

Another JM episode tonight - Channel 4, 10-40.

ETA - I reckon this was the last ep he was in. Shame, it's a bit of a wasted promising storyline, although I reckon they must have pursued it in a fashion without him.
