Actually at the time it was sometimes scary but mostly rather fun

But looking at the pictures of the area and realising how amazingly lucky we were to have got out of Tewkesbury when we did has caused us to wibble and gibber a bit since we got back

We made it off the M5 literally minutes before it shut and would have trapped us for another 24 hours and we made it out of Tewkesbury after it was officially cut off but just before the river burst its banks ... another five or ten minutes or the car not making it through that final flood and we'd have still been there
